My husband and I recently bought our second home 3 weeks ago. Before starting the process we were already dreading it due to how much paperwork, time and hassle it was to get pre-approved. We knew with our past experience with the first lender we were going to shop around to find something to satisfy our needs more. Thankfully we got recommended from a friend about an awesome lender they have previously worked with. We got in contact with Ryan and immediately he exceeded our expectations. He made it more of a personal experience with us, which was exactly what we were looking for. If i ever had a question (which i did have plenty of) he was always so quick to answer and if he didn't he always took the time to call back immediately.
