My husband and I recently bought our second home 3 weeks ago. Before starting the process we were already dreading it due to how much paperwork, time and hassle it was to get pre-approved. If i ever had a question (which i did have plenty of) he was always so quick to answer and if he didn't he always took the time to call back immediately.
